Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with PRINTINGG NOVA . To ensure a fair and transparent experience, we require all customers to follow the unboxing guidelines below to be eligible for claims. 

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
An uninterrupted, uncut unboxing video is compulsory to raise any claim regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect products. 

Video Requirements:
Uncut & Clear: The video must start before you open the outer courier package and continue until the product is fully inspected.

Show Label Details: The shipping label with the Order ID and tracking details must be clearly visible in the video.

360° View: Show all sides of the sealed package before opening to prove it has not been tampered with.

Immediate Reporting: Claims must be submitted within [e.g., 24–48 hours] of delivery with the video proof attached



We offer refund or exchange within the first 15 days from the date of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
(i) The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
(ii) The item must have its original packaging.
(iii) Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Only defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered will be eligible for replacement or refund within 1–15 days of purchase.

Certain categories of products/items may be exempt from returns or refunds. Such categories will be identified at the time of purchase.

For accepted return/exchange requests, once your product/item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. If approved after our quality check, your request (i.e., return or exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.
